Parent FAQs

What are the club fees and how do I pay them?

Club fees are determined by age group (you may download the full fee schedule here.) The initial deposit of $150 is due right after tryouts. The remaining balance can be paid in full or in monthly payments. Payments are due monthly starting 30 days after the initial deposit is made. All payments are made through Team Snap. Team Snap does charge a fee of roughly 3.5%.

How early should my player be at a game?

Your player should be at the game 45 minutes before the start time. It is important that your player is on time so they can get a good warm up and receive coach’s instructions.

How are tournament fees determined?

Tournament fees for in-town tournaments are determined by taking the tournament registration fee and dividing it up equally across all the players on the team. Tournament fees for away or out-of-town tournaments are determined by taking the tournament registration fee plus the coach’s hotel cost and dividing it across all of the players on the team.

How do I pay tournament fees?

Team managers will collect tournament fees and pay for tournaments.

Is participation in tournaments mandatory?

Yes, as a member of the team you are required to participate in tournaments.

Do I have to pay tournament fees if my player cannot attend the tournament?

Yes, you are required to attend tournaments and as such pay your portion of the fees. If your player cannot attend a tournament, you are still required to pay the tournament fees per the Player Agreement.

Does my player have to participate in winter programming?

Players do not have to participate in winter programming games (Indoor or Futsal) but should participate in winter training.
